The strongest construction in the enclosures.
The best IP protection (IP-55).
100% modularity. Doesnt require more pre-engineering at customer end.
Punched holes having pitch of 12.5mm.
Depth-adjustable mounting of component plate and transformer / choke channels on a 25mm pitch. Which rests on member of frame structure and thus load is transferred to base. Mounting nut bolts are used only to hold it vertically.
Fire retardant & chemical resistant Polyurethane foamed D type gaskets (workability at 100 C temperature) on doors and covers for better IP protection.
Stronger support channels (plated or powder coated) screwed on the doors.
Universal mounting of doors and covers so that they can be interchanged or reverted, Structure (skeleton) of the enclosure also can be reverted.
Clamped and folded gland plates in parts for easy removing and fitting. Gland holes not necessary to decide earlier, can be drilled at site also.
Sheet metal folded base looks attractive with ease in grouting (Grouting holes visible). Removable base covers are also in 3.00 thk.
Push the enclosure on round pipe width wise or depth wise.
Detachable all the doors and covers facilitates faster interior assembly.
4 point locking arrangement with rotating centralized lockable handle by lever key to restrict unauthorized access (option of 2 bit key operated lock).
Eye bolts are fitted in strongest corner pieces which are firmly welded to all the members of the structure.

Sub-assemblies :

01)	Modular frame structure Made of 3.00 thk folded CRCA sheet with vertical and horizontal (depth wise) indexing holes dia 9 & dia 4.2 in 12.5mm pitch.
02)	Base Made in 3.00 thk folded sheet with removable front and rear covers in 2.00 thk. Base cover can be slotted for ventilation from bottom (if required).
03)	Door Front & rear single door / split doors / partial doors in 2.00 thk CRCA sheet. With support channels, sheet metal special hinges, 3/4 point handle lock.
04)	Cover Front fixed bolted cover in 2.00 thk for instrumentation panels in place of door. When door not necessary at rear screwed cover in 1.5 thk.
05)	Bottom gland plates in varying combination in 2.00 thk folded CRCA sheet. Slotted or perforated bottom covers in 1.5 thk (for ventilation from bottom if required).
06)	Side Cover Screwed side covers in 1.5 thk CRCA sheet
07)	Top cover in 1.5 thk CRCA bolted in lifting eye bolts itself.
08)	Component mounting plate in 2.00/3.00 as per requirement. - Size (Width -100) x (Height - 100) with depth wise adjustable mounting in 25 pitch. - Partial component mounting plates in any size within maximum size range.
09)	Inter panel separator Made in 1.5 thk when two or more enclosures joined together.
10)	Lifting eye bolts Hooks are used for normal weight and heavy duty angles for bigger enclosures.
11)	19 Rack DIN standard 19 equipments mounting arrangement is possible.
12)	19"Swing frames suitable for 19 mounting in width and height as per requirement.

Standard Size

Width: 500mm -2000mm in pitch of 100mm.
Upto 1000mm width single door, above sizes will have split doors.
Upto 1200mm width there will be single welded structure, above sizes will have two separate structures or twin welded together structure.
Depth: 400mm -1000mm in pitch of 50mm.
Height: 1000mm - 2200mm in pitch of 100mm.
Base: 75mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm.

Upto 1000mm width single door Can be Provide above 1000mm Split doors are recommended
Upto 1200mm width single welded structure Can be Provide & for widh above 1000 mm two separate structures or twin welded together structure is recommended
